I received this phone last Christmas and up until a week ago it has worked great. Now I am getting the same issues as hundreds of others have experienced. Messaging will not work...just says intializing and does nothing, phone frequently shuts off on its own, battery will not hold a charge for 24 hours even when the phone is not used at all during that time, scrolling through menus has become very laggy, not smooth at all like it used to be. I have spoke with your girls in China whom can barely get through their corporate script and certainly can't answer any question outside of that script. They expect me to send them the phone for a replacement of the exact same model. Not only do I not want to lose my personal information, I'm really not interested in replacing a problem with the same problem!
This issue has affected enough of us that I should think Straightalk would have a solution to this, i.e. a firmware update or something. Is it really worth a class action law suit to get some help?
