unexpected error samsung t528g

I keep getting an unexpected error message when trying to use my browser, this plus the constant shutting off that my phone is doing is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth for the samsung phones. Calling customer service is definately no help either.I have no extra apps installed , plenty of free memory left.and never dropped it or mistreated this phone.maybe its time to use it for target practice and find a new service provider.

i didnt have this in my earlier posts ,but my service indicator is showing 4 to 5 bars during the times im having this issue so its not because of poor reception
