Piss poor is all I'm saying.

I've had to call Straight talk 4 days in a row for 5 DIFFERENT problems. Phones not only a week old! Battery last less than a day with no calling on it. I get txt messages 2 hrs after the other person sends them. Phone shuts off randomly! The frickin time and date randomly sets to Dec 2011 something. Get your heads out of your asshole.. You call this a phone and a service?

And whats with the red E flashing all the time. My speakers next to my phone go off 100% of the time this phone is near. My other phones only did this when it was sending and receiving data. Why is this phone receiving and or sending data 100% of the time.

Call straight talk and get some guy named Habeeb fresh off the boat that I'm sure doesn't even know what country he's in let alone know how to answer any questions for my phone. He thought Samsung pc studio was on my phone when I called about why straight talk does not support this app for the PC... WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband is having the same issue with this phone! We had it less than a week & it would just randomly cut off without any kind of warning even after being on the charger all night & only being used once or twice. After a day or two of that happening he had a message pop up on the screen while he was making a call that said something about his battery running hot & then it shut off & we haven't been able to get it to come back on or even charge up any ever since. We called CS & they are supposed to be sending him another phone but said it could take up to 2 weeks for us to get it. This sucks b/c that means almost the whole month of service we paid for we have been unable to use & we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. So if it does take the full 2 weeks to get the phone in, that means we just paid $45 for under 2 weeks of service!
