Error 67

Today I reactivated both my and my wife's Precendents after our month expired. After reactivating, we are both not receiving a pop-up stating "ERROR 67: Registration failure". We cannot access anything via 3G. We can make calls and texts. That's it. No internet. No pix messages.

I called customer service, but when being transferred to someone that could help, the call was dropped due to call volume.

Frustrated, I started searching the internet for a solution. The general consensus is to go into "System Updates" and click "Update Profile". No luck. I get another error message saying:

"ERROR
The profile update could not be completed. Please try again later.
If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service
Error: Connection Error"

I even tried Updating the PRL and Firmware with the same error message. When I click on Update Android, I am told my system is up to date.

I'm at a loss and very agitated. Does anyone else have an idea about how to fix this?
