My Samsung R451C has incredibly bad audio when using Bluetooth in my car. Voices are horribly garbled. Other Bluetooth devices, including two other Straight Talk phones work fine in this car. Straight Talk's customer service agent suggested that I could solve the problem by not using the phone in the car. Not an acceptable solution in my opinion!
