I have one of this phones and I'm happy using it, but there is a lot of bugs on the finesse that make me almost regreat to have spend over $300 on the phone... first I can't get any text messages from other carriers diferent than verizon or straighttalk, no At&T or sprint, no updates from the weather channel, or ebay no even from my facebook... I think that I have place 7 or 8 calls to straight talk and nothing has resolve the problem (they do the same on each call: take battery off, turn on, reprogram phone and Im tired to explain that I have do that maybe 50 times and the phone still dont work as should be!). Sometimes no audio for maybe 20 seconds, no clicks or beeps from the phone when you touch the screen, or when the media player is going... and the same in some calls, the phone rings you answer and nothing can be hear for 10 or more seconds, what is kind of bad because people end the call and try again and maybe the phone will do it again so. I have no found new widgets for the phone... and I'm not even sure if the browser can be updated to improve using the internet or not. Did I have a phone that is defective? Do the BREW on the phone installed by straightalk have holes and that is why it dont work 100%? It's posible to flash the phone to the original BREW sistem from Samsung and still be able to use it on ST or maybe flash the unit and then reinstall the Sraight Talk BREW? I have not found answer to any of this questions... Maybe some one have the same questions or even answers!

4 months later and no answer or fix to my account... so I'm migrating to a diferent carrier, I think service is ok on Straight Talk but as a personal experience wasn't 100% good, I feel that I pay over $300 for a phone that really end up short for my expectations. I hope other owners of the R810C be more happy with the unit, and I hope the new owner of my phone apreciate the care that I put on the phone keeping it clean and scratch free and enjoy the Straight Talk network. Thanks
