entered IMEI into wrong account when activating

when activating my new Samsung Galaxy7 i bought direct from Walmart, I accidentally entered the IMEI into a different account on Straight Talk, but didnt assign a number. When I realized it was not my account but a housemate on a different computer, I entered it into my correct number

it shows as active on my straight talk.com account, but the phone will not make calls or texts. It only works via wifi. but it shows it's active under my phone number.

please help!
