invalid sim network lock sim card inserted galaxy On5

i switch phones from galaxy sky pro 7 bc screen when totaly black so i put my sim into a galaxy On5 and it says invalid sim network locked sim card inserted and this new phone is also a straight talk phone....why is is saying this?
