WhatsApp can be set to backup and save your chat history to your phone memory. So you can find the backups on your old Android and then transfer it to the new one. Here are the instructions on how to sync WhatsApp conversations between Android phones through local backup.

1. On your old Android, open WhatsApp, hit the Menu button. Go to "Settings", then "Chats and calls", select "Back up chats" to make a backup file of the WhatsApp data.
2. Connect the old Android to computer. Search phone memory and navigate to folder named as "WhatsApp/Database".
3. Find the backup file like "msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt12", then rename it to "msgstore.db.crypt120".
4. Install WhatsApp on your new Android and verify phone number, then plug it to computer. Copy and paste the renamed file to the same location on your new phone.
5. Finally, in WhatsApp, tap "Restore" and select the copied file just now. The current WhatsApp chats (if you have) will be replaced by the restored ones.
