Galaxy Grand Prime - Invalid Sim

So I have had my phone for about 6 months now and it suddenly started giving me the invalid sim notification. I have tried removing the sim card and putting it back in and it still is a problem. I don't know what I am supposed to do from here. I will be really pissed if I am just supposed to buy a new SIM card because I would hope a phone would work for more than 6 months.

I am having the same problem. I activated a new phone for my mom today. Transferred straight talk number. New phone same carrier. Phone worked yesterday into today up until now when it's saying invalid sim. Called tech support and he tried telling me to put the card in the ad slot lol. I uninserted the sim card and reinserted and rebooted. Still invalid sim card. Basically now have a $150 that was used for a day. How does it go from working to nothing?

im also having this issue. straight talk sent me a new sim card but after two days its telling me that this one is invalid too.

I am also vetting "invalid simple card" message and cannot use phone functions or access data. Can you provide solution please.
