I have reactivated my phone 3 days ago & rite after that I could not receive or send text messages cuz of error code 97... I have called straight talk over 3 times have live chatted with them bout 6 times... & nobody can help me... They keep having me do the same thing time after time & when everything is good with my phone & my coverage... All they can tell me is I gotta call I deal with somebody else for further technical help... But when I do its all having 2 do the same stuff & I still have error code 97... I kus don't understand how seems like nobody can fix it & keeps sending everybody in circles cuz from all the posts on here its not an uncommon error code & can't understand why it can't b fixed...
