I reloaded my phone a few days ago and now I can't text call or use use my internet. When I try to text I receive a message telling me that my service can't work because of code 97. I need my phone and the money that I am wasting everyday that it doesn't work. Please help.

this happens almost every month when i renew my service plan and lasts for about 3 days. it's honestly pathetic and a waste of money because every time I call you guys you can never fix it. It always just starts randomly working. Please help fix this error code 97 or im switching phone providers.
