It's always best to get a case anyway, to keep your phone safe.

Hello, Thursday I activated my refurbished Nokia E5 following the instructions for porting an old number. However, two days later I'm still getting a "sim card registration" failed message and my straighttalk account says the phone is inactive. It won't let me use my time card to try to reactive it and I'm not paying more money for it to fail again. Since I have no phone to call customer service, I would appreciate help from this forum. The sim number and that on the sim card match. I imported my number from my previous provider but it was originally a number from a different provider (straight talk, actually) so maybe that is the problem?

I bought a "Samsung R451C Reconditioned" last week which arrived Thursday. Since it arrived, it will not activate. I have tried *22890 at least 100 times. Gone through the battery pull multiple times, etc. I have called tech support 3 times, to which everytime they wouldn't listen to what I was telling them, and just kept following their change your phone number script. And to give it up to 24 hours to work. I has now been 28 hours, and it still just sits on "Calling... Activation" and then it either disappears, or displays a failed message. I am not pleased my days of the $45 dollar unlimited plan are already running down, and I can't use them. Please help!
