In December 2013, I contacted Straight Talk telephonically and enrolled in Auto-Pay. In January 2014, Straight Talk turned-off my service for not paying. Gee, why did I enroll in Auto-Pay the month before? This was the first time I ever received the "Welcome to Verizon Wireless ...." message. I addressed the message I was receiving and he said he never heard of this. No resolution offered. In February when I took the leap again and called to enroll in Auto-Pay. I was again told they never heard of this message and it should now go away. Why now? This has not went away, and in honesty has become a nuisance as it occurs to frequently and I cannot make a call. I called twice today and after a lengthy wait while they contacted their supervisor, I was told this will happen and there is no fix at this time.
