Galaxy Note10+ factory unlocked

Model number SM-N975U1
My phone has stopped using any kind of data while im in a phone call. Before today it has worked fine, i was able to use google while on phone, play games with my daughter while on the phone etc. no issues. This morning my data stopped working completely around 8am and i was not able to recieve phone calls. I called the 1800 number and the automated system said it found an error with my account and corrected the issue. Now everything seems to be working fine except i get no internet connectivity what so ever while making a phonecall. I haven’t changed any phone settings. The only changes we’re using the phone card that allows hotspot and the automated correction.
Ive tried getting online assistance multiple times and basically they give up and just leave. “Sorry for your inconvenience “ and end the chat. Ive been told everything from my phone is missing settings to it was never able to do that to factory reset. Whatever the issue is its on the network end. Everything worked fine until today.
While in a call i cant send or receive messages, or use any function that requires a network connection.

Customer service has me at the end of my nerves with the redundancy. I feel like the check list they are using is for phones that come from a network carrier with the BYOP plan and not a factory unlocked phone. Please help
