Customer service is a run around

I got to say this, this is the worst company I've ever had to endure in my life. I've been dealing with them for 3 months on the same type of issue and I get no resolve. Either they hang up and I don't get a call back, or they spend an hour quietly typing away on the computer in the background not informing me of what the heck they're doing. Problem, never resolved never will be resolved and I'll be leaving them after this two months that I just purchased of airtime is done. I will also be advertising on my websites and social platforms that if you are planning on coming to this company you better make sure you have what it takes to deal with people that leave you on hold, don't have training, and that really don't care if you paid 45 bucks for a month of service and it doesn't seem to work very well because you're not getting your money back, and you're not getting reimbursed with any kind of courtesy. I have begged and pleaded for someone to please fix my phone to the point where I even went and bought an extra SIM card which cost me a another $50 from Walmart. Nope. They hooked up the freaking card to my phone and it's doing the same thing. All they had to tell me was they don't have service in my area and that their map is a lying guess work because I have to be standing in my driveway for the service to work if I'm in my house we get nothing. God I miss Boost Mobile they were so good to me and they are such a good company. If their service hours worked out here I would never switched after 6 years of being with them they were constantly making up for their mistakes by giving these free service for a month or else they would just go ahead and fix the problem which is fine with me. This company is a cash grab there is no customer loyalty. You guys suck straight talk. Really really bad. My phone keeps saying that I'm roaming! Over and over again it says I'm roaming. I'm not roaming up sitting in my chair in my house. But there's nothing I can do because I'm not calling customer service again just to get the run-around. And they're about to text me on here and say that they're going to help me with my problem just to make it look good but they won't freaking help me because they don't know what they're doing so I'm not even going to respond cuz it's pointless I've already called them over 30 times in the last 3 months sick of wasting my time in my money. You guys might have got $400 on me in the last couple months but you'll never see another dime out of me or my family again. Hopefully you guys fold soon because someone needs to take your place that knows what customer service is all about.
