Every time I try to make a call I get an automated message saying, "Welcome to Verizon wireless please hold while you are transferred to an external operator" My phone is activated, I have a plan set up and paid for, but my number is listed as: 000-000-0000. And I can't call customer support because I get the same message. And the only two options are to press one to purchase a calling card in order to call people normally, or to press 2 to place a collect call to a mobile or landline phone. I wanted to transfer my old number to my new number, and to do this when activating on straight talk they sent a code to my old phone which I entered to set the new phones number. But it never worked, and whenever I try to do anything now, (go through the process again, because maybe it might work?) I get stonewalled because my phone is already activated.
