samsung T528G internet problem

some how or another my home page got deleted which was the straight talk site as is with all straght talk phones and now becuase it got deleted it says i have no home page and it also messed up my ability to get picture messages and receiveing them basicly it also says to define network settings. how do i get a new home page set and fix this all ? please an thanks
