I need to vent. Last November I bought a Samsung phone that was on special, it included $35 a month unlimited everthing for a year. I've been very happy except now my phone isn't working like it use to. Most of the time you have to MASH the buttons down to get them to work and sometimes I can't answer calls because the Talk/Send button doesn't work. Plus, texting is a nightmare.I sent ST an email asking them if I bought a new phone if they would continue my cheaper plan till November and they said no because I would be upgrading my phone. Ugh, it was a $90 phone for $40. I just wanted to buy another cheap one. I don't feel like dealing with sending back the phone and what if ST decides it was my fault it was broken. Grr.... What can I do? I was saving that extra money every month to buy a more expensive phone.
