Why PM? isn't this where you share info? I have tried this site, the main ST site, there is a Facebook page, and called them. Worthless! No one is on the same page when it comes to knowing what the Hell is going on!

Have a little common sense. I was referring to how problems get solved, not personal info. Yes I do have a ticket open, and no I do not need any more "help". Thanks for nothing Straight Talk.
