Cannot reset email

Cannot reset email

I called customer service twice, but they do not understand. My T528G Samsung will not let me reset my email. I think I entered the wrong password, but the phone won't let me start over. I did 2 phone resets and even took the battery out as instruction by "technical" support. Is there any way to change my email?

Hi markofkane. My name is StraightTalk Marianne. Let me help you. Are you able to access the browser? If not, try to delete the browsing history, clear cache and cookies, turn the phone off and on then try again. If issue persists, please provide me the error message.
