Replace my phone with same broken model????

Yup, Straight Talk in their infinite wisdom wants me lose all my personal information on my Samsung T528G to replace it with the same broken model. Here's an idea ST, send me a functional phone FIRST and I will gladly mail this junk back to you...at least I'll be able to copy my personal info to the new phone.

MountainMan420, my name is StraightTalk Marianne. We understand you wish to have the replacement phone first but this is our Warranty Exchange Policy.
