Hi,

I've had this phone since December; I received it as a Christmas present. It looks like I've held onto it more than most people do. I've tried calling several times to no avail. I cannot afford to be without the phone for days while they mail me a new one and I also cannot deal with receiving the same phone as a replacement when it appears that everyone else has the same issue. It will go for hours not letting me access my text messages. It says 'initializing' and then never does anything. I can't send or receive messages. This is incredibly frustrating, but like I said, I refuse to accept the same phone as a replacement. Can anyone please offer some assistance?!?!
