wont allow sip code

Why why why......... can't switch phones from lousy broken straight talk phone to new straight talk phone, says my zip code verification is wrong . I have no other phone to call for help. And no customer service for up to 48 hours. please help now, If not....I guess I will speak with my wallet and return this new product if I can. If not, Maybe I can cost straight talk some money like you've cost me.
