Hi I'm Riccardo. Well my phone is new and I can't receive or send pics from my phone. It keeps saying service unavailable as well as when I try to login into my email. I have the $45 unlimited plan. Can u help me please?

I just got on Straight Talk with a $45 plan. I have a samsung T528G. I am not able to use the internet, wi-fi or send pictures via text. Please help me.

I am new to the Straight Talk. I am unable to get on the internet, wi-fi or text or recieve images. I have a samsung T528G. I paid $45 for unlimited access. Please help me. Thank You. curt

curt, are you able to make and receive calls from your handset? How many signal bars you have? Are you currently located in your local calling area/home area? Please delete the browsing history, clear cache and cookies, turn the phone off and on then try again. If issue persists, please provide me the error message when trying to access the browser.
