Error 67 for days

I've been getting the error 67, invalid username or password for days now. I can't use my 3G or send picture messages. My month of service is almost up and I'm not sure if I should try adding a new card or switch to a different service. I'm not wasting money on something I can't use... Any ideas how to fix this??
