I AM HAVING MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE. I BOUGHT A NEW STRAIGHT TALK TO REPLACE A STRAIGHT TALK PHONE THAT I HAD BEEN USING. I GOT IT ACTIVATED, BUT CANNOT GET ON THE WEB!!! I HAVE TALK TO SEVERAL OF YOUR TECHNICIANS AND A MANAGER!! THEY CANNOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I CAN MAKE CALLS AND RECEIVE CALLS, BUT I CANNOT GET ON THE WEB NOR CAN I SEND PICTURES FROM PHONE TO MY E-MAIL ADDRESS! ON FRIDAY I TALKED TO 3 PEOPLE AND KEPT GETTING HUNG ON UP. FINALLY I GOT A MANAGER BY THE NAME OF HONEY WHO GAVE ME THE DIRECT LINE TO THE MANAGER. SHE TRIED TO HELP AND DISCOVERED THAT MY ZIP WHERE I AM USING THE PHONE (I BOUGHT THE PHONE WHEN I LIVED IN NOCONA, TEXAS WHICH IS ZIP CODE 76255 AND I MOVED BACK TO OKLAHOMA WHERE MY ZIP CODE IS 73103) IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ZIP CODE WHERE I BOUGHT THE PHONE AND HAD BEEN LIVING, SO SHE CHANGED THE INFORMATION ON THE COMPUTER AND TOLD ME TO GIVE IT 24 TO 48 HOURS AND THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WELL IT HAS ALMOST BEEN 48 HOURS AND I STILL CANNOT GET ON THE WEB AND CANNOT SEND THINGS TO MY E-MAIL WHICH IS ON THE WEB AS WELL!!!!! I NEED SOME ANSWERS ON THIS!! I HAVE TALKED TO WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!! THIS CANNOT BE TOO DIFFICULT TO SOLVE!!! I JUST CANNOT FIND ANY ONE COMPETENT ENOUGH TO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE IF I CAN GET A TECH TO COME UP WITH ANY SOLUTION PLEASE POST HERE OR OTHERWISE AS I TOLD ALL 5 OF THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO ON FRIDAY NIGHT BEFORE I TALKED TO HONEY (I EVEN TOLD HER THIS) I WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER CELL PHONE COMPANY WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO DO!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD TROUBLE WITH STRAIGHT TALK BEFORE AND AM WILLING TO STAY WITH THE COMPANY, BUT NOT IF I CAN'T GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED ASAP!!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
