There doesn't seem to be a more appropriate forum to post this, so ...

I ordered a Samsung T401G before 3:30 PM 1/31/2012. It's still showing "in progress". Isn't it supposed to ship after 3:30 that day? If there's a problem with the order, shouldn't I have gotten an email by now?

It's been over 12 hours, and the only thing that's happened is that the order was canceled. I guess I should have called level 2 initially.

Hi Rukbat, you may call 1-877-430-2355 and request to be transferred to Sales Department in order to inquire for the specific reasons why your order was cancelled/declined. They are open Monday through Sunday, at 8:00AM to 10:45PM EST. Thank you!
