phone wont reactivate minutes

I bought an actual card to reactivate my minute after they ran out today and the key I putbin worked but it never activated my phne. I called straight talk customer service which is the same number as you use to add minute and it made me buy ANOTHER card and yet STILL not activating even after sending me a text thanking me for my purchase. So I have officially spent $97 for service that I am not getting access to. And no way to speak to a Rep because the only number I can seem to find is the number to pay for new minutes...help
