i need to recover my deleted call log and deleted text messages due to legal stuff. I have a Motorola e6

Включена опция на отдельных аппаратах Call Log Subscriber.
В свободном от вызова состоянии аппарата, эта функция замечательно работает.
А вот если во время разговора прилетает вызов, то информация о нем в лог не заносится и посмотреть кто звонил нельзя.
А если вспомнить, что при втором вызове номер звонящего не отображается на дисплее, то становится совсем грустно.
Как поправить это недоразумение?
