iPhone 5c running iOS 8.1.1 imessage and pic not work

I have had this iPhone 5c going on a year on straighttalk service and my phone has had the 8.1.1 iOS for a while and everything was going fine then this month when I put a card on my phone my iMessage and picture message stopped working I still have data working just no iMessage or picture message and my messages don't want to send to other people with iPhones.
