Hi,
I have a Droid Razr Maxx XT912 and checked online "BYOP" and it's compatible, but reading this forum i am seeing there are further steps needed in order to make the switch from Verizon to ST possible. This phone is not currently activated, i am with another provider, but i do want to keep my existing phone number. I am going to buy the activation kit, i would just like to know more information on the switch. Thanks

Hi, I have XT912 as well. I was wondering if it is possible to switch it to pre-paid plan like Straight Talk. Thanks in advance

Hey, I just recently got a used Verizon maxx hd xt926. I am currently on straight talk using the at&t SIM card. However it didn't work when I inserted it in the razr maxx. I had a droid maxx xt1080 that would work by doing this but it had to be unlocked. Although I searched and found out that the razr maxx has a soft block on it or something like is to why I can't use the at&t based SIM for gsm. Though, I was wondering if the other straight talk activation kit for 4g LTE cdma kit would work for it. So I was wondering if anyone else has tried the straight talk cdma kit for this phone and has worked successfully before I go and buy it and then am out of that money. Thanks in advance.
