My ringer stopped working

Around the time I switched my service from Verizon, my phone stopped vibrating for incoming calls. On the settings screen where you turn up/on the volume for the ringer, that "knob" no longer lights up and can't be moved from the off position (the other sound items, like Media Volume, still work).
