Damn this phone

My Motorola phone has recently decided to spazz out. Within the last hour. I call/someone calls and one minute they're on speaker, then they're not and then they cut out completely. I haven't got it wet or anything. I did a factory reset and still nothing helps. This is really unfortunate because I need this phone for work to clock in and out. If I can't find a resolve, I'll have to find a new carrier.
