Moto X Developer Edition (No Data Connection without Wi-Fi)

I've got a Motorola Moto X Developer Edition that now will not let me have a data connection unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. I've checked everything on my phone. I'm able to receive and make phone calls on the phone but just cannot get a data connection without using Wi-Fi. When I check the settings on my phone, it says that the Mobile Network State is disconnected.

Any help I can get on this would be greatly appreciated. It's driving me batty.
