i have a Motorola xt907 and my sim is locked and its asking for the puk code!!! please help asap its my only phone!

I REALLY NEED THIS PROBLEM FIXED ASAP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE A CHILD AT HOME AND NEED TO BE ABLE TO CALL AND CHECK IN!!!!!
