Defy XT "Your account could not be validated"

I just recently ported from a Verizon-based Samsung Galaxy Proclaim to a Sprint-based Motorola Defy XT.

The old phone has stopped working.
I've rebooted the phone multiple times.
I've selected PRL Update. "Error occurred during operation, error code: 6305 | Please contact the vendor to get the support."
I've selected Profile Update. "Error occured during operation, error code: 6305 | Please contact the vendor to get the support."

Still no luck!
