Hi movinalong11. My name is Straight Talk Debbie and I will be addressing your question. You can try to use these default passwords; 0000, 1111, 9999, 1234 and the last 4-digit of your phone number. We need to reset the voicemail feature if one the default passwords will not work. However, your voicemail messages will be deleted. I believe this answers your question. It’s been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.

I tried all these, none worked. I guess I need to have my pass code changed. Can I pick my own pass code, and can I do it myself, or do you have to do it? I need to be able to access voice mail ASAP!! Thank you!!

How can I send you my serial number for my phone to get my voice mail pass code changed? I can't seem to post a message to you privately...I don't want to post my serial number publicly. I would also like to have a pass word that is meaningful to me...Thanks

I still have received no kind of email from anyone at my email address, which is movinalong11@gmail.com. I give up...going to switch to another company. Straight Talk does NOT take care of it's customers!! I am stuck with a new cell phone that I paid $160.00 for that I don't get services for! ! When a company doesn't even have a phone Number to contact them with to get assistance with problems, they are NOT a good company. I am wondering what kind of ratings they have from the BBB. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
