I've been a loyal, without missing a month of service and had a few different phones threw straight talk but they took my reward points. I got like 7000 points three months ago because I added a new phone to my account. The points were "pending" for 3 months, then down to the day they were supposed to be approved they disappeared!! Contacted customer service and they said even though I was supposed to rightfully receive the points, customer service said to bad they failed. Like seriously?!?!?! The customer service agent even said I should rightfully receive the points, told me that the points failed and they can't fix that. So I got screwed out of a free service that I desperately needed. So ive been a loyal customer for YEARS for nothing. I cant believe these people just screwing people out of something that is theirs. I'm on a fixed income and was DEPENDING on those reward points!!! I've never been so wrongfully treated. I WILL NOT RECCOMEND STRAIGHT TALK TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!! The saddest part is I have proof saying I should receive the points.
