I ordered a phone on the 16th of March and it is now the 23rd and still no phone. I thought it was 2-3 day shipping? I recieved an email Sunday saying a label has been created for it to be shipped and that status still hasn't changed. Upon looking into it, it says "The shipper has prepared your package; however, they have not yet given it to FedEx. The estimated delivery date and package status will be updated once we've recieved it and as it moves through our system." So, how is there an estimated delivery date for today when you guys haven't even gotten it to FedEx yet? And why is it a week later that I still don't have my phone? I ordered it last week because I wanted to switch my number to the new phone and my service runs out tomorrow. So, am I now expected to pay for yet another month of service when while ordering the new phone I also purchased a service card for that phone?
