Scratched off old card can't read

Hi

I purchased my son.a $45 card at Wal-Mart
About 2 or 3 years ago. I forgot
I had it...and now I scratched off the
Middle numbers...i KNOW the
card was purchased by me but after this
time I can't find it. I would
like to use it now for myself.as my son no
Longer has ST and I am thinking
Of switching to your service to save money
but I don't want.to.do until I make sure
I can use card.
