I have a Samsung Galaxy S9. I checked my device compatibility for BYOP on the ST website and was ensured it was compatible. However when I purchased a $53.88 plus taxes kit at Walmart on January 2nd, I was unable to activate the phone despite dozens of attempts online and in the straight talk my account app. Now 5 days later and after multiple calls and chats w customer service, and a tech support help ticket that I never received a return call for as promised, I am exasperated. Please help!
