Current StraightTalk on T-mo Towers, Need to switch to VZW

I am a current StraightTalk customer and have been using T-Mobiles towers for some time. The service is very poor where I currently live. I had Verizon prior and had excellent service. I would like to stay a current StraightTalk customer, but switch the carrier towers I'm using. I purchased a BYOP kit so I have the VZW Sim card ready to switch over. I followed the directions from a YouTube video but I received a contact customer support error towards the end. I cannot call customer support because I have no phone service at home. Can I talk to someone here in order to change the cell towers I'm using?
