Could not get refund from Walmart

I purchased a 55$ unlimited airtime card for my samsung s9 that I've been using on the straight talk bring your own equipment program.
after scratching the pin number window so that i could use the card i was told that my phone was no longer compatible with straight talk wireless. So after spending over 4 hours on the phone with straight talk customer service i was finally told that i would have to buy a new phone. ok so I go to walmart and buy another phone they tell me at walmart that i could not used the unused card I would have to buy another one. Sure enough when i tried to add the 55$ card to my new straight talk phone it said that then # had already been redeemed. So in total i spent 55$ for the reload card and then 40$ for another straight talk phone and then 35$ for another card making a grand total of 130$ for one month service
