ZTE z291dl stopped working

Hi, my z291dl hotspot stopped working (again). I have plenty of data. This is the second time it's happened; the first time a new sim card was sent. That worked for ~12hours. Now it's broken again; I can connect to the wifi, but there's no cell signal (red cell indicator LED on device). Any help?
