Slow data 1 week after refill

A week ago I bought the Straight Talk ''Unlimited Data'' plan for 55 dollars. But just after a few days of minimal data usage the speeds have slowed to an abysmal crawl, with download speeds reaching as low as 17kb/s--those are 2G speeds. Now being nowhere close to having reached the data cap of 60GB I'd like for it to be please be resolved as it's now been 4 days struggling at these speeds. I didn't pay 55 dollars for text and picture messaging, it says 4G LTE but that's very obviously not what I'm getting.
