Slow data 1 week after refill

Slow data 1 week after refill

Postby Fryhead » Thu Apr 11, 2019 7:24 pm

Hey!
A week ago I bought the Ultimate Unlimited data plan for 55 dollars. But only after a few days of minimal data usage the speeds have slowed down to an abysmal crawl, with download speeds reaching as low as 17kb/s--those are 2G speeds. Now being nowhere close to having reached the data cap I'd please like for it to be resolved as it's now been few days struggling at these speeds.

Thanks,
Aaron.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue as Fryhead. Only day's after adding an Unlimited $55 plan from my reserve. My data seems to be throttled at 2G speeds.
This is very frustrating and not what I paid for, some help with resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
