Need immediate help

Need immediate help

Just switched to straight talk from Verizon about a week ago. Got a service plan but cant use data. I am leaving for vacation soon and wont be able to use wifi, so I'd like to get this settled asap. I can text and call people, but cant use apps or the internet on data. The automated text thing didn't help at all.
