Entered wrong information for service pin activation.

As the title says, I entered the incorrect information for activating my service pin for the $55 plan. I have my phone linked to my account and even if I did try to buy it a new plan via online I'm unable to as it just reloads the page and doesnt redirect me to anything. Help?
