However, we can fulfill customers' request under special circumstances. I'd like a call/text log as well for the last 2 month. I have been on hold for 20 minutes while Ahmad has chatted in the background and I have decided I no longer wish to wait since I need to go to work. What do I need to do to get this accomplished?

Hi maysx3. My name is Straight Talk Mark. The Call History is not available online. It can only be viewed from the phone's call log or call history. On the other hand, we do not provide a copy of the Call Detail Records/Call History in a regular basis. However, we can fulfill customer's request under special circumstances. well, Mark, that is what I did if you will again read my prior post. I finally hung up after waiting on the speaker phone for 1 hour. I need numbers that were sent/received in text and/or calls for the last 2 months to deal with a vehicle sale that is going to result in fraud charges.
Calling again and waiting for another hour is not really appealing.

still need the log for last 2 months, could even narrow it down to area code if that would keep me from having to set on the phone for another hour and accomplish the same result- nothing.
